Management

Assistant Director of Operations

Candidate must be:

Candidate will be responsible for:

This is a full-time working position on ambulances throughout all divisions of the organization
Building relationships between employees, management, and our customers
Assist in scheduling, payroll, and addressing employee issues
Assisting in the on the job training of new hires as needed,
Training new field supervisors for the remote location
Assisting the remote field supervisors with scheduling issues and personnel
Give recommendations on protocols
Assist in compliance with Federal and State regulations including HIPAA, COBRA, Workers Compensation, and EMS Laws.
Assisting the Director of Operations with operational needs.

Operations

Full-Time EMT & Paramedic

Requirements

Current Iowa EMT or higher certification
Current First Aid and CPR
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
To Drive – must be at least 21 years of age, possess a current Iowa Chauffeur’s License, possess a good driving record, and be approved to drive by our insurance company

Full-Time / PRN EMT-B (Prairie Meadows-Des Moines)
